The taste will be better if it is stewed in clear sauce, mainly because it is rich in nutrients and the flavor of the yellow bone fish is stewed to just right. Yellow croaker stewed with seafood mushrooms

Material

1000 grams of yellow croaker, 800 grams of seafood mushrooms, and appropriate amounts of salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger.

1. Kill the yellow croaker, remove the internal organs, and wash it for later use.

2. Slice the ginger.

3. Add oil to the pan, sauté the ginger slices, add water and bring to a boil, add the yellow croaker and seafood mushrooms in turn, add salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine and simmer for 40 minutes.

Yellow croaker, shrimp and white tofu soup

Material

1 piece of white tofu, 300 grams of shrimp (if you like shrimp, you can add more), 2 yellow croakers (3 or 4 are fine), shiitake mushrooms, green onions, old ginger (young ginger is also fine), salt, and cooking wine.

1. Wash the yellow croaker, cut it with a knife, apply some salt on it, place it on a plate, seal it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. Wash the fresh shrimps, remove the heads (internal organs) and intestines, and cut the shrimps in half horizontally for later use.

3. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into two halves for later use.

4. Cut the white tofu into appropriate sizes and place on a plate for later use.

5. Wash the green onions and ginger, cut into small sections/slices and set aside.

6. Wash the pan and heat it, add a proper amount of oil, when it reaches 100 degrees, put the marinated yellow croaker in the pan and fry it for about eight minutes, then turn it over and fry the other side. When the surface of the fish turns golden brown, it can be removed from the pan.

7. Put the fried yellow croaker into the soup pot, add ginger slices, appropriate amount of salt, pour 3/4" of water into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and boil.

8. Turn down the heat after boiling the soup pot, then add white tofu, mushrooms, and fresh shrimps, boil again over high heat, then simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat.

9. Add the chopped onions and green onions and serve.
