How to make cheese and onion scones

1. Preheat the oven to 200℃. Prepare the basic ingredients. Sorry that milk and cheese are missing from the picture = ̄ω ̄=

2. Put 200g flour and 50g solid butter in a mixing bowl, and stir by hand until it becomes loose.

3. After mixing the butter and flour, add the shredded cheese, 50g of cheese sticks, and half a chopped onion. Mix well and put an egg in the center. Then it’s time to knead the dough! During this process, you need to add milk. The amount of milk depends on the condition of the dough.

4. The dough should be very soft. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the table and use your hands to spread the dough into a pancake. It should be about the width of your thumb.

5. Find a cup with a round mouth and press out evenly distributed round dough (the amount I provided plus the circles in the picture gave me exactly 7 dough cakes), to ensure that the final scones are round﹋o﹋

6. Place the dough on the baking tray. No need to apply oil. Brush a layer of milk on the top of each dough. Then put it in the preheated oven at 200℃ for 10 to 15 minutes and it will be ready to bake! (I missed a few scenes in the middle, please forgive me!〈(_ _)〉)
