6.1 Use a non-stick pan, turn on the heat, scoop an appropriate amount of batter into it (I used a 1/4 cup measuring cup, but didn't fill it up), shake the pan to let the batter flow out and form a round shape, turn it over immediately after solidification and take it out after a few seconds, then continue with the next one until all the batter is done (you can make about 6 in total); Note! Because there is butter in the batter, I didn't put butter in the pan when frying. This is also related to the quality of the pan. Some pans may still need some butter for frying. In fact, before mixing the batter and frying crepes (or pancakes), it is best to scoop a little batter and test fry it first, and then adjust the consistency of the batter (if it is too thin, add a little flour, if it is too dry, add a little milk), because the batter may be different every time even if it is made according to the same recipe. It is very simple to make similar breakfasts, just adjust it flexibly.

7.2 Then add melted butter and mix well.

8. Spread butter on the fried crepes and put strawberry cubes on them
