How to make colorful snow skin mooncakes

1. A large collection of all raw materials.

2.121 Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and wheat starch, sift into the milk and mix evenly.

4. Leave the mixed batter for 30 minutes, then steam it in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes.

6. Knead into dough, wrap with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.

7. Divide the steamed dough into four parts. Take one portion and add green tea powder and knead well.

8. Mix the fruit extract, green tea powder and cocoa powder separately to make dough of four colors. Divide the dough into 8 portions and the red bean paste into 8 portions as well.

9. Sprinkle appropriate amount of cake flour on your hands and the chopping board, flatten the cooled snow skin, and add about 30 grams of red bean paste filling.

10. Use your hands to slowly push the dough upwards until the filling is completely wrapped.

11.Put the dumplings wrapped with fillings into the mooncake mould and press firmly.

12. Remove the mooncake.
