7. Second rolling: turn over and roll into long strips

8. Roll it into a cylinder from top to bottom, with the seam facing down, and place it in the toast box

9. Place in a warm place and let it ferment until 80% full. Put it into a preheated 180 degree oven, on the lower layer, with upper and lower fire, for 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil after the surface is colored. Remove from the mold immediately after it comes out of the oven, let it cool to room temperature, and seal it for storage.
