How to make dry-fried spareribs

I always envy other people’s tables full of delicious food. So, here I will show you how to cook dry-fried spareribs.

1. Cut the ribs into pieces, wash and drain.

4. Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the processed ribs.

10. Add 240cc of water, rice wine and rock sugar, bring to a boil, then switch to medium-low heat and cook until the sauce is reduced. [It will take about 30 minutes to cook the ribs until they are soft and tasty. If the soup is dry before the time is up, it is best to add some water. However, you should try the saltiness of the taste and add salt or light soy sauce as appropriate. Remember to turn the pan over halfway through the cooking process to prevent the ribs from getting burnt.

11. After the soup is dried up, you can take out the ribs and put them on a plate
