How to make fresh milk toast

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. On the surface it may seem like a hassle-free experience, but from a health perspective it is a very bad habit. Caring for your health starts with diet. 1. Place sugar and salt diagonally in the bread machine bucket, add milk and beat in eggs.

2. Add high flour and yeast on the surface.

3. Set the bread machine to the 'kneading' position and turn it on. At the beginning, you can use a scraper to help move the surrounding powder to the center.

4. Kneading the dough is in progress.

5. Weigh the butter and set it outside to soften for later use.

6. When the dough becomes slightly smooth, add butter.

7. After the kneading process is completed, the dough becomes very delicate and shiny. The bread machine will automatically heat and ferment, which takes about 1 and a half hours.

8. When the time is up, the bread machine will make a beeping sound and the bread will rise to about twice its size.

9. Take out the dough and divide it into three small doughs of approximately the same size without exhausting the air. Roll them out and then let them rest for 15 minutes.

10. Take one of the relaxed doughs and roll it out as long as possible.

11. Then roll it up.

12. Prepare the three doughs and put them into the bread machine.

13. Put the inner barrel of the bread machine back into the bread machine, adjust it to the "baking" mode, turn it on for one minute and then turn it off immediately for secondary fermentation, until it is about 80% to 90% full. (I didn't pay attention, so this is a bit too much)

14. Turn on 'bake' and the bread will be ready after 50 minutes. The top shrunk a little, but the whole bread was in good condition.

15. The texture of the bread is still pretty good~~
