Roll it up from one end, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for 10 minutes in the middle. Then spread it out again and roll it up. Place the rolled dough side by side in the toast mold, cover it with a lid, and let it ferment for the final time. When the toast mold is 80% to 90% full, cover it with a lid and bake it in the oven. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, on the lower layer, for 35 minutes. (The oven conditions of each home are different, so you can increase or decrease the baking time yourself.)
