Place the rolled dough side by side in the toast mold, cover it with a lid, and let it ferment for the final time. When the toast mold is 80% to 90% full, cover it with a lid and bake it in the oven. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, on the lower layer, for 35 minutes. (The oven conditions of each home are different, so you can increase or decrease the baking time yourself.)
