Butter Fruit Rolls

High work pressure is a problem that many people have to deal with nowadays. After a day, the whole person is basically very tired. It is not realistic to spend time preparing a sumptuous dinner. At this time, you might as well consider some simple dishes, such as butter fruit rolls, which are simple to make, can meet health needs, and do not take too much time.

1. Put all dough ingredients except butter into the dough mixer, start the machine and knead the dough for 10 minutes. The dough can be in a rough film state.

2. Add softened butter and continue kneading for 15 minutes.

3. When kneading the dough, soak the raisins and dried cranberries in water. After soaking for 20 minutes, wash them, remove them and drain the water for later use.

5. When it is cold, heat water in a pot until it is warm, put the dough in a container and let it sit in the water, cover the pot and let it ferment.

6. When the dough is 2.5 times larger than the original dough, poke a hole with your finger. If it does not shrink, it is ready.

7. Take out the dough and knead it vigorously to expel the air inside. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

8. After leaving it to rest, rub it into thin slices

9. Spread 25 grams of softened butter evenly on the slices.

10. Sprinkle brown sugar, raisins and dried cranberries evenly.

12. The length of the roll I made is 36 cm, and it is cut into 9 pieces evenly. I cut a 4 cm piece first, and then cut the rest evenly, which is very convenient.

13. Put the cut rolls into a 7-inch square cake mold. If you don’t have a square mold, you can use an 8-inch round mold instead. Then put it in the oven, put a large bowl under the baking tray and pour hot water on it. Close the oven door and wait for the second rise. My oven does not have a proofing function, so I can only do this. Friends with a proofing function don’t have to be so troublesome.

14. When the bread rolls are twice as big as the original ones, they can be baked. Brush a thin layer of egg liquid on the surface.

15. Preheat the oven, middle layer, upper and lower fire 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes then turn to 170 degrees, cover with tin foil, continue to bake for 10 minutes, when the surface is golden brown it is ready to be taken out of the oven! My oven is Bear 25, the temperature is for reference only!

16. Brush the bread with honey water while it is still hot. It will look crystal clear and shiny, and will be more appetizing! After cooling, remove from the mold and break into 9 pieces
