5.2 While the dough is fermenting, wash and cut the red and yellow bell peppers into strips (only half the amount is needed), cut the onion into strips, thaw the frozen corn kernels and drain the water, chop the bacon, and crumble the spring-soaked tuna.

6. Apply a thin layer of butter on the baking pan to prevent sticking, put the dough in, poke holes in the dough with a fork, spread the pasta sauce, and add mozzarella cheese.

7. Evenly spread bacon, tuna, red and yellow pepper strips, onion strips, corn kernels, and finally spread aged cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake in the middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
