Chicken Pizza Recipe

1. Wash and drain the chicken legs, remove the bones and fascia, and cut into small cubes.

3.2 Take a large bowl, put in the diced meat, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 3 spoons of marinade, 3 spoons of red wine, and crushed black pepper, mix well, pour appropriate amount of cooking oil on the surface and marinate for more than 2 hours.

5.21 Grease the baking tray with a layer of butter, press the fermented dough to release air, and relax for 10 minutes; put it in the baking tray and slowly push it open, evenly place a circle of sausages around the pizza crust, gently stretch the crust in the gaps between the sausages and wrap the sausages, press them inside; poke holes with a fork.

6.1 Heat a little oil in a pan on the fire, pour in corn kernels and stir-fry until cooked, then set aside.

7.2 Spread pizza sauce evenly on the pierced dough, bake in a preheated 180° oven for 10 minutes and take out.

8. Pour a little oil into the original pan and fry the marinated diced chicken until it changes color.

9. Add green and red pepper and corn kernels and stir-fry until cooked.

10. Take out the pizza dough and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on it.

11. Place the diced chicken filling evenly on the pancake and sprinkle appropriate amount of shredded cheese between the fillings.

12. Garnish with grilled sausage slices and sprinkle the remaining cheese shreds evenly on the filling.

13. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 7-10 minutes.
