How to make red wine drunk shrimp

1. Prepare the ingredients: 10 fresh shrimps, clean them, remove the shrimp intestines and shrimp feet, and set aside.

2. Use scissors to cut open the back and remove the shrimp intestines

3. Clean the shrimps and set aside

4. Use scissors to cut a hole on the back of the shrimp, and pass the shrimp tail through it.

9. Cover the pot and simmer for about two minutes.
