1. Stir-fried cabbage with bean sprouts

 

Ingredients: 200 grams of cabbage, 200 grams of bean sprouts, 5 grams of soy sauce, 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of MSG, 5 grams of ginger, and 20 grams of vegetable oil.

1. Wash the cabbage and cut into strips.

2. Wash the soybean sprouts and remove impurities such as bean skins.

3. Place the wok on the fire and heat the vegetable oil.

4. Add chopped green onion and shredded ginger, then stir-fry bean sprouts, cabbage, etc.

5. Stir-fry until almost cooked, add soy sauce and salt and continue stir-frying.

6. When the cabbage and bean sprouts are cooked through, add MSG for seasoning.

7. Serve immediately.

2. Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

 

Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a little soy sauce.

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut a "cross" on the top, and blanch them in hot water for 2 minutes to peel them.

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little soy sauce (if you don’t like soy sauce, you can replace it with salt and a little pepper), beat and set aside.

3. Pour some oil into the pan until it is hot, then pour in the seasoned eggs and fry them. After they solidify, serve them in a bowl.

3. Chestnut porridge

Ingredients: 30g chestnut powder, 50g glutinous rice (half for children).

1. Add 400 ml of water to chestnut flour and glutinous rice.

Usage: Take with warm water, once in the morning and once in the evening.

4. Shouwu Congee

Ingredients: 25 grams of Polygonum multiflorum powder, 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

1. First, add polished japonica rice and water to cook porridge.

2. When the porridge is half cooked, add the Polygonum multiflorum powder and stir evenly while cooking until it becomes sticky. Add sugar to taste.

Usage: Take in the morning and evening.

5. Papaya porridge

Recipe: 1 fresh papaya, 50 grams of japonica rice.

Preparation method: Cut papaya into 4 pieces, or take 20 grams of dried papaya slices, add 200 ml of water, boil until 100 ml, remove the residue and take the juice, add rice and sugar, then add about 400 ml of water, cook into porridge, and season with sugar.

Efficacy: Strengthens the stomach, removes dampness, relaxes muscles and dredges meridians.

Usage: Take 2 to 3 times a day, warm.
