How to make tomato cake

1. Peel the tomatoes. The skin can be easily removed by scalding it with hot water or roasting it over fire. But I prefer the fire method because it saves a small pot of hot water.

2. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces and remove the tomato pulp and tomato seeds.

3. Mash the tomatoes in any way you like. I just used a mixing stick.

4. Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Beat the egg yolk, add salad oil and mix well

5. Pour in tomato paste and mix well

6. Sieve the batter and pour it into the egg yolk liquid. Mix evenly until no flour is visible. This is the egg yolk paste.

7. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until 90% pure. When I was separating the eggs, I accidentally got the egg yolk into the whites. It was really difficult to beat them and it took a long time. So be careful when separating the eggs, don't beat the yolk into the egg whites.

8. Mix the beaten egg whites with the egg yolk paste in batches to make the cake batter.

9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake with upper and lower fire for about 25 minutes. The cake is out of the oven when you tap the surface and hear a "pop" sound instead of a "rustle" sound. Turn it upside down immediately after it is out of the oven.
