Homemade roasted lamb leg recipe

1. Wash the lamb legs and chop the bones with the back of a knife, leaving the meat attached without cutting.

2.1 Heat another pot, add a little oil, and stir-fry onions, ginger, garlic and other spices

3.2 Pour cold water into the pot, put the lamb legs in, turn on the fire and blanch them to remove the blood, then take them out and rinse them with warm water for later use
