14.Put into 4 medium-sized paper cups.

15. Fill the baking tray with water and place it on the last layer. Place the baking rack on it and bake at 175° for 10 minutes, then turn to 160° and bake for 50 minutes. (Water bath method) It will be better if you let it cool down after baking and then remove it from the mold or put it in the refrigerator for a few hours before eating.
