Enjoying delicious food is a part of our life. We should not eat out casually in normal times. If conditions permit, it is better to cook at home. Use a small spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of stuffing and put it into one end of the dumpling skin. Gently roll it up. It will look a bit like a spring roll. Then hold the two ends and press them tightly. As shown in the picture. 13. Heat a frying pan and pour in a little cooking oil. Turn to low heat and put the dumplings in one by one, arranging them evenly and not too crowded. 14. Fry over low heat for three minutes until the bottom of the dumplings turn yellow. Pick up the dumplings with chopsticks and fry the other side (I pick up the other side one by one with chopsticks. If it's too troublesome, just shake the pan gently. Be careful not to let the bottom of the dumplings get burnt.) 15. Pour in enough water to cover the dumplings, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for a while. 16. When you hear a sizzling sound coming from the pot, it means the water in the pot has been boiled away. You can now open the lid, pick up the pot and shake it a few times, and the crispy and delicious fried dumplings are ready. 17.
