I wonder if it has something to do with the baking mold?) After turning off the heat, simmer the cheesecake in the oven for about 1 hour to prevent the cake from cracking.

12. After taking out the cheesecake, use a knife to remove it from the mold. After it cools down completely, put it in the refrigerator before serving, it tastes better!
