French mixed fruit tart recipe

It's easy to eat, just open your mouth and chew. But making food delicious is difficult, at least most people can't do it. Why does this happen? Because they don't have a good solution. Today, I will teach you some tips on how to make French mixed fruit tart.

1. Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar powder, mix well, then add egg liquid and mix well again.

2. Add the sifted low-gluten flour, stir and knead gently. Do not knead out the gluten.

3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

4. Sprinkle high-gluten flour on the panel and rolling pin to prevent sticking, and roll the dough into a tart crust with a thickness of about 3mm.

5. Cover the tart crust on the tart plate and shape it. Use a fork to poke many small holes in the tart crust to prevent it from bulging during baking. Bake in the oven at 180° in the middle and lower layer for 15 minutes.

6. After the baked tart crust has cooled slightly, squeeze in the cream almond filling. Preparation of cream almond filling (mix butter, powdered sugar, egg liquid, almond powder and rum until well mixed).

7. Place the tart crust filled with cream almond filling into the lower middle layer of the oven at 180° and bake for 15 minutes.

8. After the baked almond tart has cooled, evenly fill it with whipped cream, add various fruits of your choice, and brush with syrup.

9. To make the syrup, put sugar, water and blueberry wine into a non-stick pan and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer until it becomes slightly thick (be careful not to burn it).
