How to make homemade beef jerky

1. Soak the beef in water until it bleeds

10.2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp chili oil, 1/4 tsp Sichuan pepper powder, 1/4 tsp five-spice powder, add 2 tbsp hot water and mix well

11. Soak the beef slices for more than half a day (turn them upside down during soaking)

12. Then drain the beef slices and put them in a baking tray with tin foil (about 1 and a half trays)

13. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn the meat over and place it on the grill for another 20 minutes

14. Then dry the roasted beef jerky in a dry place for half a day
