5. The sugar paste is very thick and not easy to mold. When the sugar is cool enough to not be hot but not cold enough, put it into the piping bag (I used 2 layers, one layer is easy to break). I also brought plastic gloves (for fear of heat)

6. Squeeze into silicone mold. If the room temperature is very low, this process will not work well. When squeezing the last few pieces, the sugar had become a little hard, and you could see that there were obvious marks on the second heart-shaped mold that could not be removed. It doesn't matter, just squeeze in.

7. Put the mold into the oven at 120 degrees and bake for 3-5 minutes, and it will naturally become flat. The temperature in Zhuhai has been quite high recently, so I put it in the refrigerator, and the sugar hardened after a while. Remove from the mold
