1. Pick out the debris from fresh bayberries (if there are no fresh bayberries, canned bayberries can be used instead), wash them gently with water (to prevent breaking the fruit and losing juice); put them into a clean pot, add sugar and marinate them. After the water has been marinated out, cook them on low heat, stirring as you cook (the cooking time should not be too long, otherwise the color will darken). Boil the soup for 3 to 5 minutes, remove from heat, put them into a clean and sterilized glass bottle, seal it, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator to chill.

2. When eating, take out 5 to 6 bayberries, put them in a glass, pour in some bayberry juice, add appropriate amount of ice cubes or ice water to drink (the amount of ice water added is 3 to 4 times the amount of bayberry juice, that is, for 500 grams of bayberry juice, add 1,500 to 2,000 grams of ice water).

1. Soak the bayberries in salt water for 10 minutes. Since bayberries have no peel and are very sweet, fruit flies can easily lay eggs on them, and then the larvae will slowly hatch. Therefore, try not to put the bayberries in the refrigerator after buying them, as that will freeze the insects to death, and dead insects cannot be soaked out even if they are put in salt water. This insect is harmless to the human body, so don't be afraid to eat it.

2. Add sugar to the bayberry, add 1,500 to 2,000 grams of water after the juice is marinated, boil over low heat, remove from heat, put into a melter, let cool, and chill in the refrigerator.

3. Take it out when eating and pour it into a glass to drink.
