How to make dumplings with pork and winter melon filling

1. Red yeast rice dumpling wrappers (you can also buy ready-made dumpling wrappers or make your own)

2. Chop the pork and add chopped green onion, then mince the ginger.

3. Cut the winter melon into strips and marinate with salt water, then squeeze out excess water.
