1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and marinate overnight with five-spice powder, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt.

2. Soak the dried mushrooms.

3. Clean the clams.

4. Soak the glutinous rice for more than 2 hours in advance.

5. Put the fresh palm rope into a pot of boiling water and boil it for a while (to prevent the rope from breaking easily when wrapping), wash the rice leaves and blanch them slightly.

6. Take a piece of zongzi leaf and roll it into a cone shape. Put some rice in it and poke it down with chopsticks (this step allows the rice grains to completely fill the bottom). Put in dried clams, mushrooms and pork belly in turn, then fill in glutinous rice and press firmly.

7. Wrap it and tie it tightly with brown rope (make sure it is tight, otherwise it will fall apart when put into the pressure cooker).

8. Pour water into the electric pressure cooker, put the wrapped rice dumplings in, press the "tendon" button for about 30 minutes, then soak for 1-2 hours before taking out. It is most delicious to dip it in sweet and spicy sauce when eating.
