How to make corn flour pancakes (panhuanger)

1. Dissolve 5 grams of yeast in warm water until small bubbles float on the surface.

2. Mix 200g each of white flour and cornmeal, and beat 2 eggs into the flour.

3. Mix the noodles with yeast water, add warm water and mix into a paste (not too thin), add 60g of sugar,

8. Cover and simmer for one or two minutes until the surface changes color

9. Open the lid and turn it over to fry for one minute.

10. When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan

11. Serve. (You can cover and simmer for 2 minutes, the pancake will taste softer and more delicious).

12. After all are baked, you can bake about 8 sheets, enough for breakfast or dinner for a family of three.

13. It can also be eaten with fried eggs.
