5. Fold the rice leaves so that they completely cover the rice. Wrap the rice dumpling with the rice dumpling string 4-5 times and tie a loose knot.

6. After wrapping, put the dumplings into the pot and add cold water to submerge them. Boil for 1 hour, then simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
