1. Soak glutinous rice, red beans and purple rice overnight, and add some white sugar to the glutinous rice when using.

2. Remove the pits from the red dates and keep the candied dates ready for later use.

3. After soaking, wash the rice dumplings leaves and boil them in boiling water for 3 minutes.

4. Rotate one corner of the rice leaf upwards and press it with your thumb.
