Baked Pomfret recipe

Pomfret is a kind of fish that can be used as both medicine and food, which fully demonstrates that pomfret contains very rich nutrients and proper consumption is good for human health. Nowadays, people's living standards are constantly improving, and eating pomfret is no longer the privilege of the rich. In fact, many people will bake pomfret in the oven at home. So how can we use the oven to bake delicious pomfret while maintaining the nutritional value of the food?

Grilled Pomfret

1. Kill the pomfret, remove the scales, internal organs and gills, clean, and cut into three sections diagonally;

2. Cut the green onion into flowers and slice the ginger for later use;

3. Add chopped green onion, ginger slices, koji wine, sugar, soy sauce, maltose, MSG and salt, mix well and marinate for 2 hours;

4. Grease the wire rack with oil, put the pomfret slices on it, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes;

5. Take out the fish and sprinkle with tea leaves and sugar, then bake in the oven until the surface of the fish turns brown;

6. When the fish is cooked, take it out, apply vegetable oil on it, place it on a plate in the shape of a fish, and put salad dressing on both sides to dip it in before eating.

Tips

Food incompatibility:

Flatfish: Flatfish should not be fried with animal oil; do not eat it with mutton.

Simple Microwave Baked Pomfret

1. Take out the frozen pomfret and rinse off the ice on the surface with running water.

2. Apply a little rice wine on both sides of the fish.

3. Spray the pepper and salt powder on both surfaces of the fish (completely covering the fish body) and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Sprinkle a small amount of pepper and chili powder (according to personal taste) on the surface of the fish, and then sprinkle with cumin powder.

5. Pour a little vegetable oil on the fish to prevent the seasoning from being burnt. Finally, stuff 2 slices of garlic into the fish's mouth.

6. Put it in the microwave and set it to the fish baking mode or bake it on high heat for about 6 minutes.

Weihaomei-Curry Pomfret Wrapped Roast Beef

1. Remove the internal organs of the pomfret, rinse it with water, make a few cuts on its back at intervals, apply McCormick curry powder, McCormick white pepper powder, and a small amount of salt, and marinate for later use.

2. Dice onion and beef and set aside.

3. Pour a medium amount of cooking oil into a wok, heat over medium heat until 50% cooked, add McCormick curry powder, stir well, add diced beef and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, and set aside.

4. Add a little oil to the wok, heat it to 60% hot, put in the pomfret, fry until 40% cooked, and serve.

5. In another pot, do not add oil. Place half of the beef and diced onion on the bottom of the pot, place the pomfret on top, and cover the pomfret with the other half. Bake until the fish is cooked. During this time, you can turn the fish over as needed to ensure even baking.

6. Serve.

Grilled Pomfret

1. Wash the pomfret and cut the onion into shreds

2. Put the pomfret in a tin foil plate with onion shreds, sprinkle salt, cooking wine, crushed black pepper, steamed fish soy sauce on the fish, add some onion shreds, and finally put a few thin slices of butter.

3.Put the tin foil tray on the baking tray and bake in a 170 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Grilled Mirror Fish

1. Remove the internal organs of the mirror fish and clean it. Mix it with 2 slices of ginger and all seasonings (except chili powder and cumin powder) and marinate for 20 minutes;

2. Rub the remaining ginger on the pan, turn on the heat and add a little salad oil;

3. Rub the fish with ginger slices before putting it into the pan and fry until golden brown;

4. Sprinkle chili powder and cumin powder according to personal taste before serving.
