1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash the glutinous rice and mung beans, add a small amount of oil and salt to taste

3. Stir-fry pork with five-spice powder

4. Wash the winter leaves and mat grass after boiling.

5. Prepare the mold (if you don’t have this mold, you can use a bowl instead)

6. Add at least three winter leaves

7. Add a tablespoon of glutinous rice and a tablespoon of mung beans

8. Then add your favorite fillings such as peanuts, taro, pork, etc.

9. Pour another large spoonful of mung beans, and finally spread a layer of glutinous rice (two spoonfuls)

10. Compact the four corners and iron the surface flat. If it is not flat, it will tilt or have unclear edges and corners.

14. After wrapping everything, put it into a large iron pot and cook it over an open fire for about 12 hours before eating.
