Purple Potato Salad Breadsticks

1. Pour the yeast into the water and dissolve it

8. I planned to use two purple sweet potatoes, but when I needed them, I found that there were not enough purple sweet potatoes. There was only one left, which was barely enough. I cut them into pieces and steamed them.

20. Place the bread in a room temperature of 38 degrees and a humidity of 85% to ferment. I use an oven and add a pan of boiling water. Ferment for 40 minutes

21. Take out the dough when it has fermented to 2-2.5 times its original size, preheat the oven to 185 degrees, and brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough.

22. Squeeze on salad dressing

23. Put the bread in the oven, 185 degrees, and bake for fifteen minutes.
