How to make garlic spinach and clam meat

Garlic spinach and clam meat is a healthy and green dish. Different from various street snacks, the ingredients required are all non-toxic and pollution-free green food, and it also has the function of enhancing people's immunity. 1. Wash the clams, soak them in water with a little vinegar, so that they can spit out the sand in their stomachs.
