1. When the soup is thick, add soy sauce and refined salt, cover the pot, simmer for about 5 minutes, and remove from the fire; 11. Put the dried shredded meat on a plate, then place the gizzard, liver, bamboo shoots and pea sprouts around the shredded meat, and top with ham shreds and shrimp.
