How to make pickled vegetables in a fresh-keeping box

1. Wash and drain all the spices, boil them with 3L of water, and add salt and sugar to taste. Let the boiled spice water cool to room temperature, add ginger, garlic, and chili to make kimchi water

2. Wash and cut the vegetables to be pickled into appropriate sizes, dry them thoroughly and soak them in pickle water. I used carrots, cabbage and kohlrabi.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of strong liquor, seal it and place it in a dry, cool and dark place. It can be eaten after soaking for 3 days to 1 week. Kimchi tastes better when mixed with sesame oil/pepper oil and a little sugar
