1. Prepare the ingredients: chop onions and radishes, and buy ready-made minced meat.

9. Mix the dough ingredients, add oil, knead until the dough expands, and cover with plastic wrap

10. Ferment at room temperature until 2.5-3 times larger

11. Exhaust the air, divide into 8 portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand at room temperature to relax for 15-20 minutes.

12. Turn over and flatten to make it bigger

14. Wrap it up and pinch the edge tightly

15. Place the paper mold with the seam facing down.

16. Ferment at room temperature for the second time until it is twice as large, brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put into the oven preheated to 180 degrees, middle and lower layers, upper and lower fire, about 18-20 minutes, cool out of the oven, and seal for storage
