1. Use salt, sugar and white vinegar in a ratio of 1:5:10 to make sushi vinegar, mix it with the steamed rice and let it cool to hand temperature.

2. Cut the egg skin into squares, spread a layer of rice, put half a crab stick, carrots and cucumbers on top, and roll it up.

3. Roll outwards: first spread half a sheet of nori, then a layer of rice, cover the rice entirely with nori, then spread a layer of plastic wrap, then turn the plastic wrap and nori upside down, with the plastic wrap at the bottom and the nori on top, and roll it up. While rolling, pull the sushi curtain and plastic wrap forward, and do not roll them in together. Place the crab roe or chopped broccoli on a large plate, put the rolled outer roll on it and roll it up.

4. The finished sushi includes outer rolls, inner rolls, and egg rolls. Cut into pieces for consumption
