How to make pot-wrapped pork rice

A simple and easy-to-make dish is the first choice for workers. Sweet and sour pork with rice is a simple and easy dish to make. Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Add appropriate amount of clean water to the rice and soak it for 1 hour.

3. Cut the cabbage and carrot into shreds.

4. Cut the mushrooms into two halves, dice half of them, and keep the other half for serving.

5. Slice the pork belly.

6. Fry the mushrooms first. Remove from the dish and set aside.

7. Use another frying pan, add a little peanut oil and stir-fry the pork belly evenly.

8. Stir-fry the pork belly to produce lard, add green onions and ginger slices, and stir-fry until the green onion aroma comes out.

9. Then add diced mushrooms, cabbage and shredded carrots and stir-fry.

10. Add the soaked rice and stir-fry evenly.

11. Then add salt, thirteen spices, and appropriate amount of water. Water and rice are balanced. Cover and cook over medium heat until cooked through, about 20 minutes.

12. When you hear a squeaking sound from the bottom of the pot, use a spatula to scoop out the rice. You will see golden rice underneath. The rice is now cooked.

13. Serve on a plate and eat while hot. It is crispy and the meat and rice are very fragrant.
