How to make Korean squid bibimbap

1. Soak dried bracken in warm water until soft (2-3 hours).

12. Add bracken and stir-fry for a while before serving.

13. Then stir-fry the carrots and leeks.

14. Put the rice into the stone pot and heat it on low heat for 3-5 minutes.

15. Place all the ingredients on the rice.

16. Cover and continue to simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes.

17. Take another pan, add a little oil, beat the eggs and fry until the egg white solidifies, then turn off the heat.

18. Put the fried eggs on the stone pot and serve. Add some bibimbap sauce and mix well when eating.
