How to make kimchi chicken rice

5. Remove the garlic and ginger slices from the marinated chicken thighs, heat the pan without adding oil, put the chicken skin down into the pan, and fry over medium heat until the skin is golden brown.

6. Turn the chicken thighs over and continue frying

7. Pour in the sauce you just prepared, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce becomes less and thicker.

8. Take out the chicken, cut it into strips and put it on a plate, and pour the soup in the pot on the chicken strips

10. Take a lunch box (or a large plate) as needed, put in appropriate amount of rice, chicken strips, cucumber and carrot slices. Put some fruits on the other layer, and the delicious and nutritious kimchi chicken rice bento is ready, filled with mother's love.
