5. Add boiling water until the chicken thighs are halfway up the bed, add sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat.

6. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken legs 1-2 times in the middle. Add appropriate amount of salt and cook over high heat until the sauce is reduced.
