Ingredients: 500g cooked noodles, half a tomato, 1 clove of garlic

Ingredients: 500g King Bean, 4 green peppers, 2 dried chilies, slightly spicy, stir-frying technique, 20 minutes, normal difficulty

Steps for making homemade fried noodles

Cut the beans diagonally and set aside. Cut the green peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and dried chilies and set aside. Fry the eggs and set aside.

Heat a pan, add a proper amount of oil, add onions, garlic and dried chili segments and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the beans and stir-fry until the beans are fully cooked.

Add the green pepper and stir fry for about a minute

Pour in tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes are out of water.

Add appropriate amount of five-spice powder, salt and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for half a minute

Pour in the eggs and stir until evenly mixed.

Turn down the heat, pour in the noodles and stir-fry until the vegetables and noodles are evenly mixed.

Pour in the remaining chopped green onions and turn up the heat. If you like spicy flavors, you can add some red peppers that have been sprinkled with oil. If you don’t like peppers, add a little bit of light soy sauce to color them. Stir-fry for two minutes and serve.
