How to make loofah and tofu

Luffa and tofu stew is a common home-cooked dish. Its main ingredients are luffa and tofu. The method is relatively simple. How to cook loofah and tofu

Main ingredients: 300 grams of tofu (northern) and 200 grams of loofah. Seasoning: 8 grams of salt, 15 grams of green onions, 5 grams of soy sauce, 2 grams of MSG, 10 grams of starch (corn), 25 grams of vegetable oil.

Method: 1. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm square cubes, blanch them in boiling water, and drain them; 2. Peel the loofah, wash it, and cut it into diamond-shaped cubes; 3. Put the pot on high heat, pour in cooking oil and heat it to 80% hot, add the loofah and stir-fry it; 4. Add clear soup, soy sauce, and chopped green onion, bring to a boil, then pour in the tofu, simmer over low heat until the tofu swells, and when half of the soup is left, simmer over high heat again; 5. Add MSG, thicken with water starch, remove from the heat and serve.

Tips : 1. Do not fry the tofu too much, just until it is slightly yellow, otherwise it will be difficult for babies with bad teeth to chew it; 2. Other vegetable oils can also be used; 3. In addition to brewed children's soy sauce, you can also use organic soy sauce or soybean soy sauce. It is best not to use light soy sauce, which usually contains too much MSG; 4. When frying tofu, heat the pan first and then pour the oil to prevent it from sticking to the pan; 5. Luffa is cold in nature. Children with weak constitution, internal cold, and diarrhea should not eat too much luffa.

Excessive menstruation: Burn 1 old loofah to ashes, grind into powder, take 9 grams each time, and drink with salt water. If taken with rice wine, it can have a lactation-promoting effect. 5. Dysmenorrhea: Take 1 dried loofah, decoct it in water and take it twice a day.
