1. Peel the spring bamboo shoots

3. Chop the pork into minced meat, add cooking wine and mix well for later use. Wash the shallots and cut most of them into onion segments, and cut a small part into chopped green onions. Wash the chili peppers and set aside

9. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, serve, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
