1.12 Blanch the fresh peas and drain them. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Cut the bacon into small pieces and grate the mozzarella cheese into shreds.

3. Put it in a colander to drain the water, pour in some olive oil and mix well for later use

4. Heat the pan, add the melted butter, pour in the bacon slices, fry over high heat until the edges of the bacon are slightly browned and fragrant, then set aside

5. Pour in diced tomatoes, add a teaspoon of sugar, and stir-fry with the remaining oil in the pan until the sand is formed and the paste begins to form.

6. Pour in the tomato sauce and add a little water and cook for about a minute

7. Pour in the blanched peas, fried bacon, and cooked shell macaroni

8. After stir-frying evenly, sprinkle some crushed black pepper

9. Pour the fried ingredients into a large bowl, spread mozzarella cheese on the surface, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. (If you don’t have an oven at home, you can put it in the microwave on high heat for three to five minutes until the cheese melts)
