1. Spicy BBQ

Add light soy sauce, Huadiao wine, pepper, chili powder, a little salt, garlic and onion to the lean and fat meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours before grilling, brushing with diluted honey water while grilling.

2. Seafood skewers

Ingredients: 1 pound of medium-sized shrimp; 1 pound of fresh scallops; 1/2 cup of olive oil or salad oil; 3 cloves of crushed garlic; 1/3 cup of chopped garlic; 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs; a pinch of salt and pepper; 2/3 of a lemon, cut into large slices; four to six roasting bamboo sticks.

Method: 1. Remove the shrimp intestines and peel the shells.

3. Garlic Grilled Fish

Ingredients:

1. Chili powder; 2. Green onions; 3. Fish pieces; 4. Salt.

2. When the chili smells fragrant, add the fish and fry until the fish turns slightly yellow;

3. Add garlic to the fish, add a little water and salt.

4. Spicy Baked Potatoes

Cut the potatoes into small pieces, wipe the surface dry, put them in a bowl, pour some oil, and toss them so that the surface of the potatoes is covered with oil. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spread the potato cubes evenly, and bake at 400F (200C) for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare an onion, cut a tomato into small pieces, and slice 3 cloves of garlic.

First, add some oil and fry the onion, then add the tomatoes until they are soft. After the juice comes out, add the garlic slices, a large spoonful of water, chili powder, salt and black pepper to taste, the amount is up to you. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Once the potatoes are baked, mix with the seasoning.

5. Garlic Chicken and Garlic Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
