Beiwudu spicy soup. Beiwudu Huo La Tang is considered a time-honored brand in Central China. It originated in the 5th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1828 AD), when merchants from Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces established a Shanxi and Shaanxi Guild Hall here. After the completion of the guild hall, they held a banquet for the guests. A chef from Taiyuan Prefecture here made a soup that was highly praised by celebrities and gentlemen. This soup was Hu La Tang. After more than 100 years of development, the Hu La Tang in Beiwudu is now divided into four major professional families: Shanjia, Dingjia, Lujia and Wanjia.

The county annals record: During Emperor Qianlong's southern tour in the Qing Dynasty, he arrived at the Yellow River ferry and felt a fragrant breeze. He saw an old man cooking fried dough twists in a roadside hut, and the aroma filled the air, so he wanted to eat some. Sui Shifeng and the emperor tasted it and found it crispy and delicious, and praised it as an imperial meal. When the local officials heard about it, they presented tribute and were rewarded, and were granted the title of "Mahua Village".

Fancheng beef. Luohe specialty Fancheng beef: Fancheng Hongjia spiced beef, famous throughout China, has a long history of more than 400 years. Fancheng beef is finely crafted with carefully selected 1-3 year old male yellow cattle from the Central Plains as raw materials, supplemented with more than 20 kinds of precious Chinese medicinal materials. It is processed through multiple processes such as pickling, steaming, etc.
