French Savory Pie Recipe

1. Pour the flour into a large bowl, add salt and softened butter. Use your hands to knead the butter and flour until the butter is completely absorbed by the flour. Crack in the egg and continue to mix with your hands until evenly mixed. Add water, knead the flour into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour. (The pie crust can be prepared in advance and taken out and used directly when the time comes.)

2.1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Heat a wok, add some vegetable oil, add onions and French bacon, stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until the onions are soft and the bacon is fragrant.

3.2 Take a 24cm round pie mold, apply butter on it and press it into the pie crust. Store in the refrigerator

4. Put the eggs and cream into a large bowl and beat until evenly combined. Season with appropriate amount of salt and pepper. Take out the pie crust from the refrigerator, evenly spread the bacon, pour the egg cream sauce on it, and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
