3. Roll it into an oval shape, turn it over, and gently pull the four corners to make a rectangle.

4. Fold the two long sides inwards from 1/3, press the bottom edge to make it thinner, and then roll it up.

5. Place in a toast box, ferment at room temperature until 80% full, brush the surface with egg liquid, put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees, on the lower layer, with upper and lower fire, for about 35 minutes, cover with tin foil after the surface is colored
