How to make Northeastern wontons

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The Northeastern wontons introduced below are very suitable for making.

1. Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add warm water, stirring while pouring until all the dry flour is stirred into large snow flakes, and knead it into a dough with a smoother surface. Cover with a large bowl or plastic wrap for 30 minutes.

2.12 Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat.

3.21 Soak the peppercorns in half a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes, and discard the peppercorns with a colander.

4.1 Cut the shrimp into small pieces, add 1/4 spoon of salt and cooking wine, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes, and add to the meat filling. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix well.

5.2 Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 spoon of chicken essence and five-spice powder to the meat filling, stir well, then pour in the water soaked with Sichuan peppercorns several times and stir again until all the Sichuan peppercorn water is mixed into the meat filling. Add 5 grams of chopped green onion, minced ginger, and soybean oil and mix well.

6. Take out the dough coated with sugar, roll it into long strips, and pinch it into small pieces that are slightly larger than those for making dumplings.

7. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten it into a round cake shape.

8. Roll out the dough into a large round shape with the same thickness at the edges and in the center. Sprinkle a little flour on it. Roll out a few more pieces of dough of the same size and stack them together. Sprinkle a little flour on each piece of dough to prevent them from sticking.

9. Use a knife to cut it into four parts and it will become wonton wrappers.

10. Take a piece of wonton wrapper, use chopsticks in your right hand to pick up an appropriate amount of stuffing and put it on the triangular tip of the wrapper, and use your left hand to roll the wrapper inward to wrap the stuffing.

11. Use your left hand to continue rolling the wonton wrapper inwards, stop when there is about 1 cm left at the edge, and use your right hand to pull the chopsticks outwards.

12. Hold the corners on both sides with both hands and fold them inwards. When they are stacked together, press them down to form a wonton. Add appropriate amount of water to the cooking pot, bring to a boil, put the wontons in one by one, cook until the wontons float, then add 2 grams of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of spinach segments, 1 teaspoon of dried shrimp, appropriate amount of salt, 1/4 spoon of chicken essence, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Cook for about half a minute and serve.
