Use a knife to cut it into four parts and it will become wonton wrappers. 10. Take a piece of wonton wrapper, use chopsticks in your right hand to pick up an appropriate amount of stuffing and put it on the triangular tip of the wrapper, and use your left hand to roll the wrapper inward to wrap the stuffing. 11. Use your left hand to continue rolling the wonton wrapper inwards, stop when there is about 1 cm left at the edge, and use your right hand to pull the chopsticks outwards. 12. Hold the corners on both sides with both hands and fold them inwards. When they are stacked together, press them down to form a wonton. Add appropriate amount of water to the cooking pot, bring to a boil, put the wontons in one by one, cook until the wontons float, then add 2 grams of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of spinach segments, 1 teaspoon of dried shrimp, appropriate amount of salt, 1/4 spoon of chicken essence, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
