How to make homemade Sichuan style steak

1. Wash and drain the beef and set aside (available in supermarkets. This is all I had left at home, so I used it all. The rounder kind of beef is more tender!)

6. The next step is to fry the seasonings. Use the oil used to fry the steak. If there is less oil, add a little more. Pour the green peppers and onions into the pan in turn and add black pepper sauce.

7. Add salt and continue to stir-fry the seasonings.

8. Fry it! Remove from heat! Spread these fried condiments on the previously fried steak and serve. It's a bit like a steak bowl with rice!

9. Done! Now under the onions and green peppers is the steak! Keep them covered for a little while longer, the steaks will taste better! If there are some fresh onions left, you can sprinkle some on top and eat it with the beef. It will be even more delicious!
