Cheese Fried Chicken

Chicken steak is a favorite snack for many children and young people, especially the cheese fried chicken steak which has become popular in recent years. It is crispy and tender on the inside when you take a bite, and the fragrant and delicious cheese will immediately flow out from it, making it very satisfying to eat. You can make cheese fried chicken steak at home. The main ingredients you need to prepare include: chicken breast, cheese, flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, etc. In addition, you can also prepare some fresh vegetables that you like to eat and put them in the chicken fillet.

1. Cheese fried chicken steak

Ingredients: 250g chicken breast, 30g mozzarella cheese, 100g flour, 2 eggs, 200g breadcrumbs, 40g ham, 5g salt, 3g crushed black pepper, 2 sprigs of thyme, 60g Thousand Island dressing, 20g sweet corn kernels, 400ml cooking oil, 30g blanched broccoli.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Slice the mozzarella cheese and prosciutto ham and set aside. Beat the eggs into egg liquid. Cut broccoli into small florets and blanch until cooked.

2. Slice the chicken breast into large slices, add salt, crushed black pepper and thyme and marinate for half an hour.

3. Use a meat hammer to loosen the marinated chicken breast slices, put mozzarella cheese slices and ham slices between two slices, wrap them up, and apply egg liquid on the edges to stick them together.

4. Dip the prepared chicken fillets evenly in flour, egg liquid and breadcrumbs respectively.

5. Put cooking oil in a pan and heat it to 40% hot. Put the chicken fillets into the pan and fry until golden brown and cooked. Remove from the pan and drain the fat.

6. Place the fried chicken fillet with cordon bleu cheese on the main dish plate and serve with sweet corn kernels, broccoli and Thousand Island dressing.

2. Cheese Chicken Steak

Ingredients: 2 pieces of chicken breast, 2 slices of cheese, 1 egg, 50 grams of breadcrumbs, 2 grams of salt, 20 milliliters of cooking wine, 20 milliliters of light soy sauce, 2 grams of five-spice powder, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, 1 spoon of cornstarch.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients and seasonings.

2. Cut the chicken breast horizontally from the side. It is not necessary to cut it completely, make sure one side is connected.

3. Use a meat tenderizer to hit the front and back of the chicken fillet to loosen the meat.

4. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt and cornstarch to the pounded chicken fillet, knead evenly and marinate for about 20 minutes.

5. After marinating, spread the chicken steak flat, fold a piece of cheese in half, put it on one side of the chicken steak, and then fold the other half of the chicken steak to make sure the cheese does not leak out (to avoid leakage during frying).

6. Then put the chicken cutlets into the evenly stirred egg liquid and allow them to be evenly coated with a layer of egg liquid.

7. Put it in bread crumbs and coat evenly.

8. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it to 70% hot. Put the chicken fillets in and fry until both sides are golden brown.

9. Take out the chicken fillet, put it on an oil-absorbing paper towel to absorb excess fat, then cut it into pieces and start eating.
